How to selectively recover deleted photos/videos on iPhone camera roll

 
When you deleted important photos/videos on iPhone camera roll by careless, I think almost all of us will choose restore from backup to get the deleted photo/video back.(If you have sync your iPhone to iTunes before deleting). Note: Don’t sync your iPhone with iTunes anymore after you deleted your video, otherwise, the backup file will be overwritten and then you can’t get back the deleted video.
