Recover iPhone 5C Photo on Mac when upgrade to iOS 7.1.2

 
This morning I downloaded IOS 7.1.2 onto my iPhone 5C. I assumed all my photos were in iTunes on Mac. After the upgrade was completed all my photos have been removed. Can I retrieve the lost photos somehow? 

The issues is not a rare experience for iPhone users who upgrade their iPhone to IOS 7.1.2,but you don’t worry about that, there is a good method to retrieve photos from iTunes backup, please read on the following tutorials.
